Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 11 August 2025
Last Updated: 11 August 2025

At Conscious Flow House, we strive to provide meaningful experiences aligned with our values. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and changes related to in-store displays, workshops, and space bookings.

1. Retail Display Participation (Vendors / Collaborators)

  • Participation requires a minimum 12-week display cycle.

  • No refunds are issued once participation is confirmed and payment processed.

  • Cancellation or early termination during the display period is not permitted.

  • If you stop participating early, your space will not be reassigned or refunded.

  • You may remove your products early, but fees remain non-refundable.

2. Workshops & Gatherings (Facilitators / Attendees)

For Attendees:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the workshop start may be eligible for a credit toward a future event (no cash refunds).

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start are non-refundable.

  • If Conscious Flow House cancels a workshop, attendees will receive a full refund or credit.

For Facilitators Booking the Space:

  • Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice qualify for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable.

  • We allow one date change without penalty if given adequate notice.

3. Retail Products Purchased In-Store

  • Most items are final sale unless otherwise noted.

  • Personal care and wellness products (e.g., skincare, herbs, incense) are non-returnable.

  • Items damaged upon purchase can be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase and photo evidence.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and must be in original condition.

Exceptions will be handled thoughtfully in line with our values.
